At Clean Slate Cleaning Co., we are committed to providing high-quality move-in, move-out, and deep cleaning services. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we strive to ensure every cleaning meets professional standards.

Refunds & Service Guarantee

  • Due to the nature of cleaning services, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of your cleaning, you must contact us within 24 hours of service completion.

  • We will return and re-clean the specific areas of concern at no additional cost, provided the request is reasonable and within the original scope of work.

Exclusions

Refunds or free re-cleans will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If access to the property was limited or utilities (electricity/water) were unavailable.

  • If the property had conditions outside the agreed-upon scope of work (e.g., biohazard materials, excessive trash, or unsafe conditions).

  • If requests are made after 24 hours of the original cleaning service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur a fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service price.

  • If Clean Slate Cleaning Co. must cancel or reschedule, clients will be notified promptly, and services will be rescheduled at the earliest convenience.

By booking services with Clean Slate Cleaning Co., the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.
